PERFORATED ALUMINUM FENCE

Ametco’s PERFORATED ALUMINUM FENCE allows you to select the size and shape of the opening. You can select round, square, round ended slots or square ended slots. The perforations can be either straight row or staggered centers. The slots can run either horizontally or vertical. In addition it lets you decide the percent of open area. The perforated panels bolt into the tube frame section for easy installation in both the fence and gates frames. All of Ametco Manufacturing Corporation’s architectural products are manufactured in the USA.

ALUMINUM MONORAIL CANTILEVER GATE

This one of a kind aluminum monorail cantilever roller gate was installed at the Sanford Public Safety Complex in Sanford, Fl. The aluminum 32' cantilever roller gate with a built-in 3’ man gate used the latest monorail design to assure a smooth operating system and the 3’ man gate to have a clear opening. The gate was manufactured at Ametco in their Willoughby, Ohio plant. The infill panels in both the monorail and swing gate was Ametco’s Eclipse Design Aluminum fencing material. All of Ametco’s architectural products are manufactured in the USA.

STEEL DOUBLE SWING GATES

Ametco Manufacturing Corporation galvanized steel fixed Louver Shadow 100 Design double swing gates at Walgreens in Parma, Ohio. The Shadow 100 fixed louver double swing gates provide 100% direct visual screening. After fabrication the steel gates are hot dipped galvanized then powder coated for lasting beauty. Shadow design is also available as Shadow 80 Design for 80% direct visual screening. The polyester powder coating is available in 15 standard colors or match to the color of your choice. AMETCO’S STEEL SECURITY GRILLES LATTICE DESIGN were used at the CEDAR LEE PARKING GARAGE in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The LATTICE DESIGN one of AMETCO’S electro forged welded steel grilles that is fabricated to order, then hot dipped galvanized before it is powder coated to the color of your choice. The combination of hot dip galvanizing and powder coating gives the grilles the best corrosion protection on the market today. In addition to the LATTICE DESIGN which is 2-7/16” x 2-19/32” mesh AMETCO offers 5 additional electro forged designs. ALUMINUM DOUBLE SWING GATE

AMETCO’S aluminum fixed louver double swing gate Venetian Design was used at THE AUTO OWNERS INSURANCE IN EAST TRAVERSE CITY, MI. The Venetian Design aluminum fence infill panels provide 100% visual screening but allowed air flow because of its fixed louver design. The Venetian Design is the only Ametco fixed louver aluminum fence that allows 100% visual screening in any direction. This allows the louver to run either vertically or horizontally and still provide 100% visual screening. The Venetian Design Aluminum Fence, as all of Ametco’s aluminum fence designs, are manufactured in the USA at our Willoughby, Ohio plant.

STEEL OPEN MESH RAILING

The Steel Open Mesh Railing at The WEST CHESTER UNIVERSITY is AMETCO’S GROTTO DESIGN with a mesh size of 1-21/32” x 5-3/16”. Ametco Grotto Design is electro-forged welded steel railing infill panels. After fabrication the Grotto Design is hot dip galvanized then coated with a polyester powder coating for the best corrosion protection in the industry. The choice of color gives an “extra” touch of appeal to the railing, harmonizing with its surrounding. Ametco also manufactures perforated aluminum railings and aluminum blade railings. STEEL FIXED LOUVER DOUBLE SWING GATE

Ametco’s Shadow 100 Design steel Double Swing gate was used at the Bluestone Elementary School in Euclid, Ohio. Ametco’s swing gates are a tube design frame, which can be in filled with one of Ametco’s steel security fence or fixed louver steel, aluminum or stainless steel design infill panel. Ametco’s METRO DESIGN steel security grilles were used at the New York Botanical Gardens Parking Garage. After fabrication the METRO DESIGN steel security grille is hot dipped galvanized than is polyester powder coated to one of Ametco’s 15 standard colors. The added color allows the security grilles to harmonize with their surroundings. The open mesh of METRO DESIGN is ideal for application like parking garages where air flow is critical. ALUMINUM FIXED LOUVER FENCE

AMETCO’S ALUMINUM VENETIAN 90 Design at Sarasota County Data Center in Sarasota, Fl. is one of five fixed louver design aluminum fences that AMETCO offers. All five designs can be furnished with 100 to 60 percent direct visual screening. The one difference that Venetian design offers is screening from any direction. This allows the Venetian design to be used either horizontally or vertically with effective screening. Venetian design, like all of AMETCO’s fixed louver aluminum fencing is powder coated after fabrication to give an “extra” touch of appeal to the fencing, harmonizing with its surroundings.

The electro-forged welded steel Metro Design is 2-7/16” x 5-3/16” mesh with 1” x 1/8” main bar and 3/16” cross bars. . The Metro Design steel railing was galvanized then powder coated after fabrication to give it an extra touch of appeal and harmonize with its surroundings. Metro Design is one of six steel railing systems manufactured by Ametco. In addition to the electro-forged welded steel railing system Ametco also manufactures aluminum and perforated railing systems. METRO DESIGN STEEL FENCE

With the figures in for the year 2010 Ametco’s Metro Design steel fence was the number one seller followed closely by Shadow Design steel fence and Eclipse Design aluminum fence. All three designs were used not only for fencing but also for gates, railings, grilles and sunshades. Metro Design is Ametco’s galvanized steel open mesh fence. Shadow Design and Eclipse Design are fixed louver fencing offering either 80 or 100% direct visual screening. The year also saw the monorail cantilever gate system become the standard for Ametco cantilever system with great success. Ametco also built our largest double swing gate that was 30 foot wide x 14 foot 7 inches high that performed to our highest standards.

Ametco’s SHADOW 100 steel fixed louver design is now in stock 8, 12 AND 16 Foot widths X 7 foot high. The hot dipped galvanized enclosures can be shipped in 1 one week. CANTILEVER GATE

Ametco Manufacturing Corporation perforated aluminum monorail gates were used at the East Valley bus operations In Phoenix, Az. The perforated infill panel in the gate allows clear vision and still provides the security that is required. The perforated panel can have open area of 10 to 60% and use round, square or slotted holes. After fabrication the gate is then powder coated to one of Ametco’s 15 standard colors to add lasting beauty. FIXED LOUVER ALUMINUM DOUBLE SWING GATE

AMETCO’S SUNSHADE CANOPY were installed at the East Stroudsburg HS in Pa. Ametco’s Bar Grille Sunshades were used at this location. Our Sunshade Canopies can be fabricated with one of Ametco’s 4 sunshade styles, the Bar Grille, Extruded Aluminum, Fixed Louver or Perforated Aluminum Sunshades. The Bar Grille and Fixed Louver Sunshades can be furnished in galvanized steel or aluminum. Once an order is placed, detail drawings of sunshade and outriggers are furnished for your approval before fabrication is started. After fabrication the sunshades are then powder coated to one of 15 standard colors or a custom color match for lasting beauty.

ALUMINUM SUNSHADE was used at the Home Depot in New Jersey. Style 101 bar grille sunshades are designed with 2” x 3/16” bar on 1-3/16” centers to achieve 60 degrees incident angle of sun shade. Most sunshades are horizontally mounted above the window but Ametco can also custom fabricate vertical sunshades to meet your requirements. Once an order is placed detail drawings of sunshade and outriggers are furnished for your approval before fabrication is started. After fabrication the sunshades are then powder coated to one of 15 standard colors or a custom color match for lasting beauty.

After fabrication Phoenix Design is powder coated to one of Ametco’s 15 standard colors. The choice of color allows the enclosure to harmonize with its environment. Ametco’s steel security grille Metro Design was used at the 17th Street parking garage in Miami, Fl. Metro Design is one of Ametco’s six grille designs that are electro-forged welded steel panels to provide strength and security. The Metro Design panels were furnished radius and raked to fit the spiral stair case. This job was installed 16 years ago but the photo was taken recently showing how the hot dip galvanized and powder coating maintained its color and beauty in the coastal city of Miami. The grilles are manufactured to be both functional and decorative, harmonizing visually with any environment.

Ametco Mfg. Corp. manufactures a wide range of architectural products in our Willoughby, Ohio plant. Steel and Aluminum Fencing, Steel and Aluminum Gates, Railings, Sunshades, Louvers, Perforated Metal and Plastic are all manufactured in our plant from raw material that is manufactured in the United States. Every effort is made to use recycled material that is harvested within a 500 mile radius of our Willoughby, Ohio plant. Ametco’s aluminum sunshade style 201 was installed @ Best Buy in New York. The style 201 Aluminum sunshade has a extruded fixed louver on 2-1/16” centers. After fabrication the aluminum sunshade was powder coated allowing the sunshade to match the company’s logo. ALUMINUM SUNSHADE

Ametco’s aluminum sunshade style 102-90 was installed @ Belen Jesuit Prep School in Miami, Fl. The style 102-90 Aluminum sunshade has 2” x ½” extruded aluminum tubes on 1-3/8” centers. After fabrication the aluminum sun shade was powder coated allowing the sunshade to match the aluminum framing around the windows. Ametco also furnished the outriggers that were powder coated to match the sun shades. POLARIS DESIGN

Polaris design panels can be used in fencing, gates, sunshade canopies and railings. The panels are custom fabricated from die formed perforated and radius sections. The standard perforation for the Polaris design is 1/4 inch round hole on 1/2" staggered centers. This perforation has 23% open area. Other perforations with up to 50% open area can be used. Custom perforation can range in size from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch round. Because of the strength of the die formed section the panel width can go up to 60 inches. The die formed section can be used either vertically or horizontally. After fabrication Polaris design is powder coated to one of Ametco's 15 standard colors or colored matched to a color of your choice.
